What happens to what you send me.
Short, because the practice is simple: your material is yours, and the default is that nobody else ever sees it.
This website
No analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies set by this site. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google receives the request for the font file; nothing else about you is sent. The Bible search and blessing tools on the front page run entirely in your browser — what you type into those two tools is never sent anywhere and never reaches me.
Website submissions
Contact messages, 250-word samples and prayer submissions sent through this website are transmitted to the project backend and stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database. Transactional acknowledgements and notifications may be sent through Resend. Contact details are used only to reply and carry out the work requested; they are not sold, rented or placed on a marketing list.
For security and abuse prevention, each website submission also records the submission time, IP address and browser user-agent. The raw IP address and user-agent are automatically cleared from the submission database after 90 days; the submission record itself may be retained as described below.
Prayer submissions are used only for the stated prayer journey. They are not used for analytics, advertising, training, publication or solicitation, and you may ask me to delete yours.
What you send me
Voice recordings submitted through the site are stored privately in Cloudflare R2; their permission choices are stored with the submission. Other documents, photographs, recordings and interview material are handled confidentially. They are never used to train anything. Nothing is published, quoted, excerpted or shown to another client without your written permission, and the default answer is no.
Interview recordings
Interviews are recorded so I can work from the actual words. Everyone recorded is told beforehand and can stop or strike anything at any point, including after the fact. On delivery, recordings are handed to you. On your written request I delete my copies; otherwise I retain them for two years in case you come back for more work, then delete them.
Your rights
Write to me and I will tell you exactly what I hold about you, send you a copy, correct it, or delete it. No form, no fee, no process. If you are in Québec, the European Union, or the United Kingdom, you have these rights in law as well; I would do it anyway.
