Who owns the work

You do. On final payment, copyright in the commissioned narrative transfers to you outright. Print it, copy it, sell it, put it in an archive, give it away. I retain no licence and charge no ongoing fee.

I do not use your work as a sample, an excerpt or a case study without separate written permission, and the default is that I do not ask.

Price and payment

Every commission is quoted as a fixed price in writing before any paid work starts. No quotation is given before the first conversation; when the project is a fit, the written quotation normally follows within 24 hours. The price does not change unless you change the scope, in which case I re-quote in writing and you decide. Payment is normally split: a deposit to begin, the balance on delivery. Nothing is owed for the fifteen-minute call, the 250-words exercise, or a proposal you decline.

Corrections

The number of included revisions is the number stated for the commissioned service on the Pricing page and in the signed proposal. Corrections of my mistakes are always free and do not use an included revision. Work that changes the agreed scope is quoted separately before it is done. Corrections of fact are always free, in any number, at any stage — getting it right is the point. Rewrites that change the agreed scope are re-quoted.

Accuracy and gaps

I write what the sources and interviews support. Where the record is silent, the text says so. I will not invent, infer or smooth a gap, and I will not remove an inconvenient fact that is on the record — though you decide what is included, and anything you ask to leave out stays out.

If either of us stops

You may end a commission at any point. You pay for work completed to that date and you receive it, in whatever state it is in, with the research and recordings. If I cannot complete a commission — illness, or a conflict I did not foresee — I refund the unearned portion in full and hand over everything I hold.

What I will not take on

Work whose purpose is to establish a legal claim, settle an estate dispute, or produce a favourable account for litigation. Institutional apologetics. Anything requiring me to state as fact something the record does not support.

The Purim prayer journey

The prayer journey is free. Entrusting a prayer authorizes me to store it privately long enough to print, seal and carry it to Israel, as described on the front page and in the privacy notice. It is an act of accompaniment, not pastoral counselling, emergency support, prophecy, or a promise of a particular outcome. The site does not promise placement at any specific religious location.
